Preparing your company ready for venture capital

Most of our new generation entrepreneurs are unaware of the procedures and legalities that are in place for Start-ups and SMEs. With a zest to spread this awareness Yomillio themed the 2nd event, “Preparing your company ready for venture capital” led by Gerald Manoharan, Partner at JSA and “Negotiation pointers while raising venture capital” led by Vinayak  Burman, Founder at Vertices Partners, both being a leading law firms in India. The event was held at Your Story Building, Indiranagar, Bangalore on the 17^th of February, 2017 and attended by over 100 Start-ups and SMEs. This platform was provided for selected members to showcase their product & services and live networking was the essence of the event.
